Our services are delivered by community mental health teams for older adults over the age of 65 years who require specialist mental health support. If you, or a person you care for, are referred to our services, you will be supported by one of the teams below.

Vision North Somerset is an independent registered charity supporting around 1500 blind and partially sighted people of all ages across North Somerset. We also offer a hearing equipment service and have an independent hearing support group meeting in our offices in Weston-Super-Mare.
