Changes to askmyGP

Note to our patients

Dear Patients,

On Thursday 19/12/24, we are updating one of our forms on askmyGP. This is the form you use for logging “Urgent” requests. You will be able to log your requests as normal, there are just some minor changes to the form you are completing.

Please also note; the new form uses the word “Acute” where we would normally use the work “Urgent”. We have tried to get this changed but unfortunately it is a limitation of our current system that means we will have to use the form that says “Acute”.

We are making this change in order to improve the tracking of requests received into our Practice, which in turn will help us adapt to the needs of our patients.
