Flu & Covid Season

Note to our patients

Dear Patients

Our staff are experiencing very high sickness levels with covid and flu, which is impacting heavily on the service we can provide to you and your families.

In light of this we have reviewed our strict infection control policies therefore we would politely ask that you help the practice by adhering to the following:

1. Avoid attending routine appointments if you are experiencing cold and flu symptoms. Please reschedule.
2. Keep warm, drink plenty of fluids and take over the counter medication such as paracetamol if possible.
3. If you do need to attend the practice please use hand gel and wear a face mask, these will be available in the lobby on the ground floor and reception.
4. We may ask you to wear a mask if felt necessary to protect you and our staff.
